Umbruhhh LLC ("we", "us") operates https://umbruhhh.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
What we collect
Two things. First, anything you type into our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, the service you are interested in, a budget range, and your message. Second, standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — which our hosting provider records automatically to serve the site and defend against abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
- To keep the site online, fast, and reasonably secure.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider, and the site is served by our hosting provider. Both process this data on our behalf and under contract. We share information beyond that only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox and records for as long as there is a live business reason to keep them, and we clear out stale ones periodically. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@umbruhhh.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honour those too.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
